DAMAGES & RETURNS 

If you receive an item that is damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact magi.moo@hotmail.com or @magi.moo on Instagram within 3-5 business days after receiving the item. Be sure to include the order number, pictures of the item and packaging, and give a description of the issue.

We will NOT accept returns due to wrong sizes. Magi-Moo is not responsible for self-sizing errors, or if you ordered the wrong size. All items state in the description what the size is if- you fail to read the description or measure incorrectly, Magi-Moo is not responsible. 

Store credit will be offered for returns. This will be provided with an e-gift card that will be emailed to you. Store credit won't be provided until the item is returned and in the hands of Magi-Moo. Magi-Moo is not responsible for the cost of shipping return items back to us. Only the cost of the item(s) and tax will be refunded, shipping will NOT be refunded. Once an item has shipped, the cost of shipping is NONREFUNDABLE.

ORDERS & CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we CANNOT add anything else to that order. We also do not combine orders. We have multiple people helping us package orders and we package orders based off the order number and the items in the order. To ensure that we do not leave out items, we don’t add or combine to orders. Please make sure that you have everything you need in your cart before checking out!

If you need to CANCEL your order, you have 3 hours after ordering to request. To request a cancellation, contact us at magi.moo@hotmail.com or @magi.moo on Instagram.

SHIPPING

I only ship to the USA & Canada. US orders are shipped through the USPS First Class mail and tracking will be sent to the email provided. Please note that USPS First Class mail is NOT insured and Magi-Moo is not responsible for lost items.

Please allow 1-3 days to get your order packaged, we don’t ship everyday. Most items purchased here are “Ready to Ship” unless I note otherwise in the item’s description. I will provide an estimated Turn Around Time (TAT) for a “Made to Order” item. Standard shipping (once dropped off to the Post Office) is about 3-5  business days.

Once a package has been dropped off to USPS, the package is 100% in the hands of USPS. Magi-Moo is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost/damaged, you will need to contact USPS. I am not responsible for missing packages that show a delivery confirmation. You will have to file a claim with USPS. You can still inform me of the missing package, however you will need to re-purchase the item (as long as it’s in stock) if you’d still like it.

PRODUCT CARE

Products are handmade with love and care, that should last. However, if they are tugged on, it is possible for items to break. I do my best to make sure findings are secure on each piece.

Precious stones (beads and silversmithed) are known to be FRAGILE, and can break if dropped or slammed into hard surfaces. Please keep in mind- jobs that are rough on your hands may not be the best time to wear certain rings.

Magi-Moo is not responsible for broken stones. If a silver element (on silversmithed pieces) breaks within 3 weeks of purchase, please contact us to discuss compensation or repair of the item. 

We recommend not wearing Magi-Moo products in lakes, pools and/or the ocean. This can cause discoloration and erosion of stones. We are not responsible for any damages due to wearing our products in lakes, pools, and/ or the ocean, or just general wear and tear. If you have any questions please email us BEFORE purchasing!
